Site layouts for Epstein's personal Caribbean island included in the released materials.
Additionally included in this new photograph disclosure appears to be a site plan for Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
Epstein purchased a more modest island - Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the larger Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had formulated plans to develop the sprawling island by erecting residences, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.
Marked on the drawing is a channel, a marine passage in the region, noted on the bottom right.
The site plan is covered in red pen markings and includes a key detailing distinct sections of the estate.
Accompanying this are what look to be several other property layouts and engineering blueprints, such as plans for marina coverings.
Additional materials disclosed as part of the current congressional disclosure.
